ABOUT US

Our comprehensive chronic pain management program offers orthopedic spine surgery, interventional pain management, multimodal medication administration, and coordination of office care. We focus on a treating our patients with as many modalities as it takes to relieve their pain. With our current opioid epidemic in this country, we look to serve as a model of positive change in prescribing practices.

 

Our providers can provide your facility with a Ketamine Infusion Center coupled with our Surgical Services/ Chronic Pain Management program. Many patients with chronic pain or major depression are treatment resistant and have no other options. Ketamine has surfaced as a real option for these patients and could be offered at your facility.

OUR TEAM

Adam Schneider, Evolutionary Anesthesi and Pain Management founder

Mr. Schneider is currently faculty at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in their Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Program focusing on content areas acute and chronic pain management, pharmacology, chemistry and physics of anesthesia.  His doctoral work focuses on ketamine infusions for chronic pain and major depression. Prior to earning master's degree in anesthesia, he worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at St. Louis Children's Hospital. 

 

Mr. Schneider is an independent CRNA at a Critical Access Hospital providing an acute and chronic pain management program in addition to anesthesia services.

He is also a regional speaker on Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia techniques.

Dr. Kevin Stein, Evolutionary Pain Managemnt

Current SIUE Program Director for Nurse Anesthesia.  Completed Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice degree at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2017.  In 2016, Dr. Stein was recognized as a March of Dimes “Nurse of the Year” finalist and in 2017 he was recognized as one of Illinois’ 40 Under Forty Emerging Nurse Leaders.

 

His primary interests include student retention, defining new pedagogical models for millennial learners, technology in anesthesia, and virtual reality simulation.
